• Students are supposed to carry their I card and library card when they are in the library.
• Books are issued only on producing library card.
• B.P.Th and M.P.Th students are allowed to issue only one book at a time.
• Books are issued for 7 days. After that reader have to return the books.
• Reader should return the book or renew it on or before date given on the due date slip of the book.
• Rs. 5/- fine will be charged per day per book on late return book.
• Those who want to keep the book after 14 days, should take a written permission from Principal.
• Project, Question Paper & Journals available to refer in library or for photocopy on producing I-card.
• If a book is lost, a new copy of the same will have to be submitted to the Library.
• The books holder is expected to handle the books with care.
• The book holder is supposed to pay for any damage caused to the book or furniture.
• Bags strictly prohibited inside the library premises.
• In the absence of Librarian nobody should enter the premises of library.
• Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your belongings left in the library.
• Reader should register their names in library “User Register” after entering in the library.

• Group discussion, submission work is not allowed.
• All electronic devices brought into the reading room must be completely silenced.
• Readers should maintain peace in the reading room and should not disturb other student in any way.
• Students should maintain an atmosphere of dignity, peace and silence within the reading room premises.
• Eating food or snacks are not allowed inside the reading room and reading room premises.
• Institute is not responsible of any lost or theft into reading room area.
