Before filling up the application form the applicant must carefully go through the instructions given in advertisement / information booklet.
Candidate passing in XIIth (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects and Exam given of NEET-2018.
Application form must be written in candidate's own handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS with clear writing on the heading as ‘INSTITUTIONAL QUOTA’ or ‘NRI QUOTA’
Incomplete application form or forms without attested true copies of certificates (mentioned in the form) will be summarily rejected.
Applications form completed in all respects should be submitted along with Cash in the office of college within the stipulated period and receipt be obtained by the college. Delay in submission of application may be condoned in very exceptional case.
Admissions will be as per merit of NEET-2018 marks (Institutional Quota). Applicants are required to pursue the progress of selection process by diligently observing notifications by the Principal as displayed on Notice Board. No individual letters will be sent to the applicants nor any correspondence in this concern be entertained.
Applicant must specify if any of his original certificates is bonafide DUPLICATE certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Visa type size photograph must be pasted in the space provided for.
Once the application form is submitted in the college office it will not be returned for any corrections.
